Pay-per-call · publisher & buyer network

Every network says it pays fairly. This one prints the number.

Payouts, billable durations, coverage and caps are published on this page — before you apply, before you send a call, and before anyone gets a chance to quote you something softer. Weekly payment at net-7, the buying desk disclosed on every call, and no exclusivity clause anywhere in the agreement.

Correspondence by email only — publishers@performancecallnetwork.net. We publish no phone number.

Section one

The payout board

Sortable, filterable and public. Most networks make you apply, get approved and sit through a call before anyone will say a number out loud. That sequence exists to price you, not to protect anything.

Figures are current network averages and move with buyer demand; your rate is confirmed in writing before a campaign goes live and is frozen for its duration. Verticals marked Capped or Waitlist are accepting applications but not new volume today.

Section two

House terms, in the order publishers get burned by them

I

We do not shave

Every call you send is attributed to you, including the ones we could quietly rebill as our own. Shaving is the oldest trick in this business and the reason publishers assume every network is lying. Your dashboard shows the raw log, including calls that failed to bill and why.

II

The buyer is disclosed

You see which desk your calls route to and what tier they cleared at. A network that hides the buyer is hiding the margin, and a publisher who cannot see the buyer cannot tell a soft rate from a fair one.

III

Net-7, in writing

Payment goes out weekly by ACH or wire once you clear your first one thousand dollars in billable volume. Not net-30, not net-45, not "when the buyer pays us." Our float is our problem, not yours.

IV

Billable is a duration, not an opinion

Each vertical bills at a fixed number of seconds of live conversation, published in the board above and frozen for the life of your campaign. Nobody moves the threshold up after a good week.

V

Clawbacks are bounded

A call can be reversed inside seventy-two hours for fraud or a duplicate, with the recording attached. After that the money is yours. Open-ended chargeback rights are how networks turn a payout into a loan.

VI

No exclusivity clause

Run us alongside every other network you work with. We would rather earn the volume each week than lock it up in a contract nobody reads.

Section three

Traffic standards

Published for the same reason the payouts are: a network that only explains its rules after rejecting a campaign is running a different business than it advertises.

Traffic we accept
Search, SEO properties, owned media, compliant display, and outbound where the vertical and state permit it.
Traffic we reject
Incentivised clicks, robo-dialled transfers, scraped lists, spoofed ANI, and anything that cannot survive a TCPA review.
Consent
Written consent captured and retained per state. We ask for the record before a campaign goes live, not after a complaint.
Duplicates
ANI de-duplicated network-wide on a rolling window per vertical. A duplicate does not bill and does not count against you.
The first network that let me see which buyer my calls went to. Turned out two of my best verticals were being priced twenty percent under what the desk was actually paying somewhere else. That conversation would have been impossible anywhere I had worked before.

Section four

If you are on the other side of the board

The same board that publishes payouts to publishers sets the tiers buyers bid into. Fund a prepaid balance, set your filters, and take one call at a time — with the recording and routing record attached to each one.

Open a buying account
One buyer per call
Calls route to a single desk, enforced at the switch. Nothing is resold as a shared lead afterwards.
Filters that run first
Geography, hours, duplicate windows and daily caps are applied before the call is offered to you, not reconciled at invoice time.
Recording on every call
Full recording, transcript and routing record on each billed call. Disputes come with evidence attached.
Prepaid, no retainer
Fund a balance, set your caps, pause in one click. There is no monthly platform fee and no minimum commitment.

Questions

How do I know you are not shaving my calls?+

Because the raw log is in your dashboard, not a summary of it. Every call your numbers produced appears, including the ones that did not reach the billable threshold, with the duration and the reason. If a call is missing from that log you have a concrete thing to point at, which is exactly the accountability shaving depends on avoiding.

When exactly do I get paid?+

Weekly, net-7 from the close of each week, by ACH or wire once your lifetime billable volume passes one thousand dollars. Below that threshold we pay by Stripe Connect on the same weekly cadence so new publishers are not waiting on a first cheque.

What happens if a buyer disputes a call?+

They have seventy-two hours and they must attach the recording. Fraud and duplicates are reversible; a buyer simply not liking the caller is not. After the window closes the payout is final regardless of what happens downstream on the buyer side.

Do you take my whole book or can I send overflow?+

Send whatever you want, including a single vertical in a single state. There is no exclusivity clause and no volume commitment attached to your rate.

I buy calls rather than sell them. Is this network for me?+

Yes. The same board that publishes payouts to publishers sets the tiers buyers bid into, and buyers fund a prepaid balance with no retainer or platform fee. The section further down covers how the buy side works.

How long does approval take?+

A day or two. We look at where the traffic comes from, how consent is captured and which verticals you want. Compliance review is the slow part and we would rather be slow there than unwind a campaign later.
